Shipping
Orders are ready and dispatched within 7-14 days.
We use Australia Post or Couriers Please as our courier service. Express post is available upon request. Upon receiving your item, please peel any tape off carefully. (We secure most orders down using tape. It may not look pretty, however it is the safest way to transport them)
Tracking details are sent to your email address as soon as your order has left us.
We will not be held accountable for any lost parcels. If selecting the ‘Local Pickup’ option upon checking out, pickup address will be confirmed with you as soon as your order is ready and a day/time is confirmed. We are located in Bankstown, 2200. If you do not show at the agreed time and fail to communicate with us beforehand, we will post your order out to you at an additional cost. We will only reschedule once strictly if need be.

- Monday: 3.45pm - 7pm
- Tuesday: 3.45pm - 6pm
- Wednesday: 10am - 11am or 3.45pm - 6pm
- Thursday: 3.45pm - 7pm
- Friday: 1.30pm - 2pm or 3.45pm - 5pm
- Weekends: SOMETIMES mornings only 9am -10am
